Radius Appraisal, LLC Appraisal Reviews

According to an announcement by the Federal Reserve, "financial institutions are obligated to have an effective, impartial real estate appraisal and evaluation plan," and that appraisers fulfilling reviews should "have the familiarity and expertise to evaluate compliance with the Federal Reserves appraisal rules and guidelines." Here at Radius Appraisal, LLC, we provide appraisal review services that are objective, expert, professional and square with the Federal Reserve's rules.

If you're in the need of a real estate appraisal review or have questions in reference to an appraisal, contact Radius Appraisal, LLC today.

According to the Federal Reserve, appraisal reviews "must determine whether the appraisal or evaluation is appropriate for the transaction, the danger of the transaction, and whether the method by which the collateral valuation is accomplished ensures independence and quality." In addition, they "must denote whether the appraisal or evaluation report is true to the letter of engagement, which gives an account of the range of the appraisal assignment." The Federal Reserve also states that "some financial institutions augment typical reviews with post-funding evaluations of appraisal quality for a few of their high-liability or higher-value contracts as a method to assist in exposing valuation concerns."

In addition to conforming our work to the procedures and guidelines of our review customers, there are four Fannie Mae forms that are typically used for review services, and we can prepare an appraisal review on any of them. They include an appraisal "desk" review, a "field" review, a "short" form and a "narrative" form. Here at Radius Appraisal, LLC, we are experienced in all forms of appraisal reviews, review procedures and the responsibilities of review appraisers.

We are familiar with what amounts to a quality appraisal and what the biggest imperfections are, particularly in our housing market. In the same regard, we're trained enough to distinguish that our competitors in our market are capable of doing a great job. The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, or USPAP, govern appraisal reviews and appraisal reports, and you can rely on Radius Appraisal, LLC to fairly valuate appraisal reports performed by others. And those others may be reviewing our work, too!

In short, at Radius Appraisal, LLC, you can trust our independent judgment, because we offer professional, objective, ethical appraisal review services for our customers. Contact Radius Appraisal, LLC for more information regarding our qualifications, expertise and services offered.
